MDI provides free consulting of your scanning project, 100% quality control and delivering the data/images back to you within a committed time frame.

MDI also offers a full range of complimentary services, such as indexing at a box or file level, coding at a document level, OCR, Searchable PDF, Electronic Bates numbering, confidential stamping on any location on images... all of which are delivered in any number of popular load file formats.

MDI provides a full range of production blowback capabilities including:
• High volume TIFF/PDF/Native Files (emails/attachments) printing with the capacity of 1 million pages per day.
• Electronic Bates numbering and Printing with overlay bates number, customized confidentiality messages.
• Customized unitization and documents organization (slip sheet or staple/clip per document)
• Client-directed customized redaction of images
Data Processing and Conversion
MDI provides a full service of image load files, database load files conversion between different litigation software. Some of the formats we provide are as follow.
Database Load File Formats: Delimited ASCII Text File, Custom Export Format, IPRO Publish, Summation Text File, Concordance DAT File, Ringtail, DB/Textworks (Includes Image Links), Documatrix, etc.
